Dogechain Remembers - The Machine Age 🏭 🥩 With the veDC staking model up and running, our dev team could start thinking about optimizing certain functionalities of Dogechain. ✨ As the chain of memes and dreams, a huge traction point of the network was the hundreds of meme tokens that appeared out of nowhere. 🚀 These memes contributed to the growth of the community and provided incredible usage for #DOGE as a trading mechanism for degen tradeFi. 🍯 However, some of these tokens turned out to be outright rugpulls or honeypots, which discouraged a lot of users from participating in further trading. So much so, that the memecoin volume significantly decreased. 🧑‍💻 Moreover, the Dogechain community is majorly made up of Web3 novices, that don’t have coding experience. This prevented active members from creating their own tokens and spinning up new and exciting communities. 🧰 As an answer, the Dogechain dev team created the Build-A-Doge workshop. This no-code platform allows projects to launch their DOG-20 tokens easily and focus on building their communities. 🐶🤝🐶 More importantly, Build-A-Doge uses a standard smart contract template for these tokens which ensures that there is no hidden malicious code. This increases the trust in meme tokens created in the workshop, setting up the ecosystem for a new memeconomy revolution.
