Here’s an outline of the staking model: 🔹 Validators and users will be able to lock $DC in the veDC staking model. 🔹 They will receive $veDC tokens, proportional to the lockup period. The longer the lockup, the more $veDC they receive. It's worth noting that $veDC tokens are not transferable, sellable, or tradeable. 🔹 Validators stake $veDC to secure the network and receive rewards in $DC tokens. 🔹In turn, users will be able to use their $veDC with the validator of their choice to receive $DC rewards proportional to the amount of staked $veDC. 2️⃣ Governance using the veDC model (Mid Term) 🔹 The governance model will use $veDC tokens for voting. This ensures users with a genuine long-term vision for Dogechain receive greater voting power. 🔹 Governance votes will include proposals on development, staking rewards, and usage of the Ecosystem DAO Fund for grants. 🔹 This DAO grant program will function as a “Shark Tank” where you pick the projects with the most potential.
